At what time and circumstances will Donald Trump concede?

It would be a miracle if Donald Trump were to concede. It would be a major miracle, like turning base lead into gold, if he were to do so gracefully.

Trump has kind of sort of acknowledged Biden has won but he still claims it's because of a gigantic fraud conspiracy.

Trump has a financial interest in continuing to insist he lost through massive voter fraud.  So long as his fans believe that, and keep sending him money, why should he concede?  There's hundreds of millions of dollars at stake here!

As we learned long ago, Trump has no great commitment to the truth.  He says whatever best suits his objective, which is to get richer.  Nobody even expects to get any actual facts out of the guy. They've stopped trying!

The Republican leadership wants their voters to go forward believing the election was stolen.  This not only generates more donations, it supports all the malicious lies and smears and 'dirty tricks' they're going to do to Biden for the next four years.  When reporters ask them about these, they'll say 'Well, you know, he's not REALLY the president.'

If it is proven that he lost fairly, he will concede. Election officials have thus far been unable or unwilling to prove it. In Georgia, they are actually destroying the evidence that they would need.
