I'm 101 yrs old. have served in army for 20 yrs. I have tricare for life. Why do I have to pay for medication.?

Medicare is primary,  Tricare is secondary.   You do have to pay a small amount but no where near the 20% you would have to pay if all you had was Tricare.   So make sure your Medicare gets listed.
