Could someone purposely poison me with lead?

Question

I do actually have some of symptoms of lead poisoning. Having trouble remembering things and poor focus. I thought maybe it was stress, but I wonder if someone wanted to deter my ability to succeed at anything and put lead on my car seat or something. I know it sounds silly, but is it possible?

If you hear a noise in your house at night its possible an elephant is wandering around your living room.  So ... lead poisoning is just as likely.
