Why doesn't Von Gierke Disease cause ketosis?

I know that fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase deficiency causes ketosis because fatty acid oxidation is hyperactive, why doesn't the same thing happen in Von Gierke (glucose-6-phosphatase deficiency) disease since it causes excess lipolysis and hypertriacylglycerolonemia?
