Why does local weather not load on home page?

On normal days, we know this happens if you are not allowing Yahoo to store the weather cookie on your computer. You either have cookies blocked or you clean them out. This week, there seem to be more problems, so there may be a new glitch. Are you looking at the page in desktop or mobile mode?
