How do I make friends now?

Making friends is nearly impossible because of COVID and I’m doing all learning at home.

I've made friends that I've talked to regularly for over 5 years just by joining Facebook groups and commenting regularly. I was eventually added to group chats and then we would all talk for hours on end daily. Alternatively you could get into an activity that you play with other people, like team shooter video games or dungeons and dragons.
