Smallville Clark gave up his powers so he can impregnate Smallville Loise, so I'm guessing his daughters don't have powers also. Or at lease not during that time. Maybe some where in their future but not right now.

I do not recall that any mention was made about whether or not the daughters had any powers.

That was in the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover of last December and January. The episode that included Welling as Clark and Durance as Lane was in the Batwoman episode, so that would be in the Batwoman Season 1 DVD set that is now out.
