Dwight D. Eisenhower rounded up the mexicans and send them off in leaky boats to random Latin American countries....yes he was racist.

Nixon started the war on drugs as a way to stop Black Power movements by allowing police to raid anyone they thought was doing drugs.

Reagan continued the war on drugs and cut welfare programs as that most impacted on poor black voters.

Trump is on record with racist comments, but of course we forget as 10 minutes later he then said something even worse. The least racist would be FDR who introduced the New Deal to help poor black people, but he had to sell it as helping white people too.Johnson introduced the the civil rights act.Now it is not that they weren't racist to some extent, but they worked to better the lives of African Americans, while other presidents acted against people of colour.
