What training gets best paying job?

My goal is by end of next year to get apartment and car I only make minimum wage is this goal realistic?

Update:

Any higher education? Is it possible to accomplish these goals with that dead line?

    NO. It's going to take a year or more to train in some sort of vocation/occupation. Then you have to find a job. Then save up enough for deposits on the apartment, & all utility accounts. And save up a down payment on a car - but you'll need good credit, and it takes time to build that up. 

    Check offerings at your local community college, trade schools, etc, and decide what you want to do. Find out what's required to perform well in that field - necessary education & training, any occupational certification or license, which employers are seeking people with such training & what they pay. 

    You have to choose what's best for you - according to your talents, abilities, interests, skills, personality, character traits, etc. If you have no talent, no interest, no abilities suited to that particular field, you cannot be successful in it.
