Why do always talk about the Packers as if they're that Much more successful then the Bears?

Brett Favre only got one ring out of how many years of playing? Aaron Rodgers only has one ring too, Jim McMahon has the same amount of rings as both of them while playing for a lot less time and get paid a lot less money then both of them!

They're more consistent than the Bears in recent years.

No matter how ya look at it the Packers have had more success then the Bears.Doesn't appear to be changeing anytime soon.

McMahon's second ring was as a backup with the Packers. He only had one with the Bears and both of the Packers' Super Bowl wins were more recent than the Bears'. The Packers also won 2 other Super Bowls and lost one. The only other appearance by the Bears was a loss. The all time win loss records of the two is very close theugh Green Bay is 764 577 38 While Chicago is 774 596 42. Green Bay has a 100 - 95 - 6 record allo time against Chicago.

Most of the Bears' success came under Halas who died in 1983 at the age of 88. Yeah they were dominant two years later and pretty good for a few years after that but what have they done since then?

If you're just going by Super Bowl rings, don't forget to mention that  Bart Starr has 2, which brings the Packers up to 4 Super Bowl championships to Chicago's 1.   Total championships, are Bears 9, Packers 13.

Maybe because since 1960 they've made the playoffs 28 times.

The (often irrelevant) Bears, just 16 times.

In the last 10 years the Pack made the playoffs 8 times.

The Bears, just twice. 

(they come  out of hibernation for one season every 4 years)
