Why does my wrist hurt when there is no cut?

I scratched myself on my right arm the other day and I suddenly starting feeling that exact pain on my left hand in the same area.  My actual cut no longer hurts (only stings a little) now...

It happens ..  if possible do hand exercise on every mornings

it happens...micro cuts in the skin cant be seen but it still hurts..ttry lotion
