There are still issues with the mail-in ballots. The process for checking the signatures was not followed properly.

Back when I worked in the elections dept (different state), we had to keep the envelope attached to the ballot in case it had to be verified. Most of the current AZ mail-in ballots were separated from their envelopes and cannot be verified properly.
