An electric company charges each of its customers a monthly fee of $19 to maintain the account and $0.09 per kilowatt-hour. What is an equation that relates the monthly cost, C, in dollars and the amount of power consumed, P, in kilowatt-hours?(1 point)

There's a flat $19 fee:
C = 19 + ...
And then there is an amount based on the power consumed (0.09 for each P consumed).
C = 19 + 0.09P
The commutative property says we can add in either order, so swap it around:
C = 0.09P + 19
