Who designed this scarf? ?

It's a bit of a long shot but I think it is a designer or high end high street shop scarf. It's yellow, white/cream and grey colour block and I saw a few people wearing it in London in 2016/2017 but was too far away to ask where they bought it. 

It's not a silk scarf or a knitted one. It looks more like a fine wool or cashmere. I think it may have also had navy blue in it. Zara had a similar one around this time.
