I'm pretty sure this question is supposed to read "As you crawl toward the edge, the angular MOMENTUM of you and the turntable..."
in which case the answer is
b. Remains the same, but the rotations per minute decrease

peculiar choices of answers
as you move toward the edge the rotational inertia will increase necessitating a decrease in angular speed in order to conserve momentum
now since rpm's and angular speed are the same thing using different units, A must be correct
but that makes C correct also
