Depends on what the reason is.

Not 100% sure about Canada but in the US if you have a valid legal reson to evict then the disability is irrelevant.  I would be suprised if Canada was any different.

Having a disability does not protect someone from eviction if they have earned it.

You think everybody can just quit paying their rent and blame it on anxiety?

If the tenant is violating the lease, he can be evicted. His mental disability does not exempt him from having to comply with the lease terms.

'Throw out'? It is illegal to 'throw out' any tenant......... however if any tenant is coming to the end of their contract you can give the reuired notice you are not reneing the contract so giving notice for them to leave and/or if any tenant is breaching their contract you can give the correct notice  because of the breach eg not paying rent, so they have to leave

not just 'thrown out' but the landlord can follow legal eviction procedures.  there may be some law requiring reasonable accommodation for the disability and barring discrimination.  but if the tenant is seriously violating the lease/causing problems they can be legally evicted.

Of course it is.  A mental disability doesn't give someone the right to not pay rent or violate other terms of the lease.

It is if they violate the terms of their rental agreement like not paying the rent.
