How do I close my current account w/Yahoo; and how do I create a new account in its place?

How do I next create a new yahoo account? I have been trying to do this on my own, but I just can't figure it on my own. Does Yahoo have phone representative? If so, how do I reach them?

Go to the reference and follow the directions. Remember, you must never log in again for it to take effect (at least four months). Logging in indicates you want it back. To start a new account, log out of the current account and click the new account link on the login page.
