Do cops rat each other out?

on YouTube for example, there are videos of cops being caught under the influence and then being put under arrest by other cops and treated like animals

Years ago, a cop would Never arrest another cop. Now it is like a badge to display.

Not sure what you mean by "caught under the influence". If you mean driving while intoxicated, it's illegal -- for everyone.

Only when they're facing jail time, then you can't shut them up.
