1. How many grams of Gallium Chloride are needed to prepare 470 mL of a 0.568 M solution ?
- jacob sLv 72 months ago
M = mol/L
(0.568 mol)(176.08g/mol)= 100.01g
100.01g/1000ml = 0.568 M
so, 470ml (100.01g/1000ml) = 47.00g
you need to add 47g of Gallium Chloride to 470 ml to get a 0.568 M solution
