The United States is already doomed. The American society is trash and their government is incompetent. The United States is a disaster. 

 They can't do a simple thing to help everyone on earth. Nope, they can't wear face masks because individuals feel they're more important than the worlds population  Americans are ignorant and their government is not respected.

  The U.S. is in severe trouble if it doesn't act quickly & drastically to reduce its spending while (as a minimum) reversing the demented tax cuts brought in by Orange Fraud.  It's already functionally bankrupt.  

  It also needs to enact a constitutional amendment similar to S. 1 of Canada's Charter of Rights & Freedoms.  That clearly declares there can be reasonable limits to various rights & freedoms.  In particular, it must severely crack down on abuse of the the freedom of expression by the huge amount of easily provable false news being spread in the country.  This is a major cause of the divisiness & acrimony that's so prevalent in the country & works to the detriment of all,

  Whether or not Mrs. Clinton can serve any useful role in solving these problems, I can't say.  Certainly she seems to have a wide range of experience & expertise that should be useful in some role.  After 4 years of misrule, the U.S. needs all the help it can get.
