Do any other nations / countries have the similiar or better 1st and 2nd amendment rights as citizens in the United States ?
and why are they the most important rights to keep

NO other country in the world has a right like the 2A! Our constitution CLEARLY states the right to keep and bear arms is a CREATOR GIVEN RIGHT and the purpose of the 2A is to restrict the GOVERNMENT from creating new laws to infringe on that CREATOR GIVEN right and the RIGHT of the PEOPLE to keep and bear arms! The LIEberal left demoCROOKS try to use "creative interpretation" to claim the 2A ONLY applies to militias BUT at the time the constitution was written EVERY able bodied man that owned they're OWN firearm that CHOSE to be part of the militia was part of the militia! The other word in the 2A the LIEberal left demoCROOKS try to use they're "creative interpretation" on is the word "regulated" applying today's definition to it meaning "controlled" BUT in the 1700's the word "regulated" referred to "something in proper working order" or "properly functioning" like a clock that keeps accurate time. Our country was built on PERSONAL FREEDOMS NOT on control and again at the time the constitution was written England and king George were trying to disarm the population of OUR country so his redcoat army could control our people and THIS is why our founding fathers felt the right of the PEOPLE to keep and bear arms was so VITAL to include in our constitution and to word it so simply and clearly to keep the GOVERNMENT from EVER being able to usurp this right or disarm our citizens so they can't fight against a tyrannical government like the LIEberal left demoCROOKS want to create!
Lest we not forget this VERY important part of our very own Declaration of independence:
"But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. "
By removing the RIGHT of the PEOPLE to own some types of firearms, ANY firearms or restrict magazine capacity they're trying to FORCE the people to give up they're RIGHT and DUTY to be able to force the changes in our government when it becomes necessary due to the government being out of control!

Second amendment rights were from three hundred years ago when the state governments needed to call up a militia from young men in each state to fight the British. That is why they were allowed muskets, so they would be ready at short notice to defend the state. That is no longer required so the second amendment is an anachronism.
Other civilised countries have abolished the right to own guns, and are much safer as a result. People in countries without guns do not live in fear of being shot.

Most civilised countries have rights built into their laws and along with those rights of course there are equal responsibilities...... what I see in the US is a selective reading and understanding of their constitution..so 1st ammendment states "no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting its free exercise" yet that is not respected by even those in power with all the negative nonsense spouted about Muslims and Islam, banning of travel from Islamic countries etc etc...we all hate terrorists, we all need strong laws and security against the few who commit terror, but that doesn't reflect 'all' who chose that as their religion...and 'freedom of speech' is as much of a responsibility as a right...no one has the right to use abusive speech against others, something Americans fail to understand that other people besides themselve have the rights to not be forced to listen to racist/sexist/sectarian idiots who fail to take any responsibility
The only section of the 2nd ammendment that Americans read is 'right to bear arms'..in todays civil society based on what was a very different society centuries ago when it was written?... think they need to update that one..... lots of countries have a right to bear arms BUT they have kept up to date with modern society and even in countries like the UK which has strict gun regulations nothing stops anyone applying for a licence and purchasing a gun...the difference is guns/ammunition are regulated so not every man and his dog have the gun crazy mentality, people who have no reason to have a gun, no land to shoot it don't get one, so the UK don't have the regular school shootings, the police being put at risk of being shot with every person they stop or pass, and shooting someone is not the first choice taken by 'joe public' when/if an arguement happens in home or in the street

Those rights only apply in the USA. Once you leave the USA you no longer have those rights.

Our country creates deliberate exclusion's in the law to give some people better opportunities than other's.
Our privacy law's are so undefined and unclear and up in the air they don't exist.
Information on children is shared all the time...
At some point they must notice they created a pedo paradise. But they don't.
We've never had privacy. If a department or organisation has ANY information on any one.
They share it around with anyone anywhere.
Which contradicts every single human law in civilization while they still want to be seen and heard and treated like human's...
They laugh about it.... They think they're funny... It's disgusting....
