There is no such thing as sparkling champagne.

The answer for either product is it depends - they make non-alcohol to 12-15% sparkling wine. Each vintner has there own preferred strains of yeast the grapes produce different amounts of sugars - so fermentation rates vary greatly meaning alcohol rates vary greatly.
