Can any British people tell me what 'With Argos you're good to go' means?

It is American for We can cater for all your wants

It means that Argos has everything you need. You won't need to shop for anything anywhere else.

all the needs are satisfied=good to go.  Nothing more needs to be done, in this case it means you do not need to go somewhere else to get part of what you are trying to get.  Probably not true a lot of the time even if they claim it.

Argos is a shopping outlet owned by Sainsbury doing non-food goods. The slogan simply means that you are all set - ie that you can get everything that you might possibly need for your home.  Argos grew out of the redemption outlet for people who collected Green Shield Stamps - itself a way of getting around the fact that most prices in shops were fixed by law until the abolition of Retail Price Maintenance, offering stamps as a form of discount which you could exchange for goods from a catalogue. It applied on things like petrol as well as groceries. Eventually people like Tesco withdrew from the scheme and it all became a bit irrelevant, so you could buy the products the catalogue stores which is how Argos still operates, being  really warehouses with a tiny sales area.

Argos is the name of a shop that sells a bit of everything . They use to be a catalogue only  (Most people wont remember them as House of Holland and before that Green Shield Stamps), but branched out over the years.
