If i spend 200$ per week on rent for my shop, more on utilities,licensing &council fees, how can I make any profit from a small cafe ?

Yeah right, you're asking this question now when you're going broke, if you would have done a business course you would have known you're not smart enough to run a business, sorry you asked.

You need to find an owner of a cafe who will sit down and go over the finances with you. Are you planning on doing all the work in the cafe yourself, or do you need to consider salaries? What about repairs and upkeep? This is why a cup of coffee costs $5 at Starbucks. You need to have something special that will bring people in.
