Would it be difficult to work fulltime managing a team of computer engineers while studying a master in IT and writing a Thesis?

Difficult?   Many people pursue a master's course while working full time.  One or two classes a semester, and choosing a thesis to deepen your knowledge in an area you like, can be an adventure.

Yes, I would find it difficult to arrange that.   On the other hand, I am a currently unemployed janitor, and warehouse labourer so that might be the reason.

Unless your thesis is about managing a team of computer engineers.  Extremely difficult
