How do we prevent our daugther from unprotected sex?

Our duaghter is only 13 and has told us she is having protected sex with her 21 yo boyfriend but soon plans to start having unprotected sex because they are ready for a baby.  I think she is too young and not ready for this.

If a 21 year old MAN is having sex with your daughter, you need to have him ARRESTED and charged with STAT RAPE, because that's what he's guilty of. And you need to take your daughter to see the pediatrician IMMEDIATELY, to be sure she isn't already pregnant by this asshole. Your daughter is WAY BELOW the age of consent for sex, and it's neither healthy nor is it normal that this MAN is paying attention to her, much less sleeping with her. WHERE IS YOUR COMMON SENSE in this??

And NO, your daughter is NOT ready to be a parent. She's way TOO YOUNG for that. I don't give a rat's behind what she may have said. YOU are the parent here, and it's UP TO YOU to PUT A STOP to this situation, because if your daughter does get pregnant by this pedophile she's sleeping with, the pregnancy could potentially KILL HER. There have been plenty of cases in which girls her age DIED during labor and delivery, or shortly thereafter. Don't let this happen to your child.
