I dont know how to tell which climate it is. I have to pick from several options including

3. tropical monsoon

4. desert- warm low latitude

6. steppe, warm low latitude

7. steppe, cold mid latitude

8. humid subtropical

anything helps im super lost.

Cold all year, occasional snow storms(blizzards). 

NB The Polar regions have the greatest yearly temperature difference. Verkhoyansk in Siberia can range from 80 o F ( 28 o C ) in Summer to -65 o F ( - 60 o C) in Winter. 

NNB The equatorial regions have the greatest annual precipitation. The seasons are dry & wet , not hot and cold.
