False. maybe a person born in England can claim the british (UK&NI) nationality, but if both parents have another nationality, that person will have their nationality.
Heck, a person born in England could easily be Welsh, northern Irish or Scottish ethnically.
English is an ethnicity, not a nationality at this time

False.
I read that you must have at least ONE parent that is a citizen, at the time of birth. That is if you were born after 1 January 1983.
Also marriage to a British citezen doesn't automatically confer citezenship to a person
Source(s): Fyi: It's British, not English. British citezens can be Welsh, Scottish, Northern Irish, ethnicity. - blackgrumpycatLv 72 months ago
False. If their parents are not English citizens, then they will just happen to have been born in England.
