why do I get talked to like I'm a little girl?

sometimes when people talk to me, they talk to me like I'm small and little even though I'm actually 19. They even use a baby voice with me

The day I turned 18 I learned to say, "Why would you say that?" or "Why would you talk to me like that?" or whatever else was appropriate for the situation.  Try it.

People will treat you in response to how you behave and act with them. If your stature suggests you look younger than you really are, you will need to convince them otherwise by how you speak with them and how you behave.
