Should I get my father anything for Christmas when he miss treats me?
Mistreats I meant. He persistently lies and shows ignorance. He is not a good man.

This is a personal call on your part, as we don't know all the details.
I can say though, vindictively not giving to each other at Christmas just entrenches both your positions even further. When people think kindly towards one another, then by default they are fairer and more connected to each other's needs.
Consider this: Your definition of "not a good man" may be different to his. It's possible he's trying to educate you in some way. Now that doesn't mean he knows how best to do this, but maybe this is all he knows. Perhaps his parents ingrained this behaviour in him. Hence if you don't want to become anything like him, then it could be time to break the cycle.
Show him kindness and compassion. Your warmth and forgiveness may be just what he needs to improve as a person.
