Considering their population, why can't Pakistan and India contribute more medals for Asia in the Olympic ?

It's always East Asian countries who work hard and give USA and European countries some problem to fully dominate the Olympic.

If only Pakistan, India and Mid East countries do better in Olympic, Asian countries can dominate the Olympic more.

Work harder a bit dammit !!
