Those in the areas you Specify are Pakistani Muslims, which Ludwig & Tina in their answers appear to be denying, no doubt they believe Channel 4, Sky, and BBC News have to say, which is a joke as they are fake News peddlers.

For good historic reasons the UK has far more Pakistani Muslims than other European countries, and for whatever reason, the large-scale sexual abuse in Rochdale and so on was carried out by largely Pakistani gangs.
