How should I even start to do this?
I want to do OMAD. Do i just start by easing into it and transitioning to it so i don't mess it up? or do i just jump in and do it? i can go a pretty long time without eating but i know that it can mess with your blood sugar levels to just make a drastic change like that. How do i go about this and have you tried OMAD before?
