If you are asking about the US, they don't want to deport them.  The country was built on slave labour.  After the civil war apartheid allowed covert slavery to continue.  When the civil rights act made the exploitation of former slaves illegal, the country simply replaced them with illegal aliens.

They huddle and when police turn up to deport one, they all riot.

Because Illegal Aliens circumvent minimum wages laws and keep the wages low for other workers.

Because too many Americans would die.  Our farms can't  make enough food without them.  The murder rate skyrockets without them.  When you deport illegals, some of them die, but many Americans do too.

First you have to find them, then you have to determine their nationality. You can't just throw everyone on a plane and fly them somewhere.
