Will Fallout 4 ever run at 60Hz on the PlayStation 5?

Now that Bethesda Studios is owned by Microsoft, can we expect F4 to run at 60 on the PS5 (DE)?

Secondly, I love Bethesda games and really looking forward to Elder Scrolls 6 and Fallout 5 and was wondering if I'm better off getting the Xbox SS instead?

Would also like to replay Fallout 3 and New Vegas sometime in the near future and to my knowledge there's no way these games would be available in the PS5 library.

    According to this link https://bethesda.net/en/article/48jqMEPqNCQiMO8Y8t...

... which is from the Bethesda blog dated November 9, 2020, owners of ESO and Doom on PS4 will get free upgraded versions for PS5 when they become available. I haven't seen anything about Fallout 4 or any other Bethesda games yet.

I don't think Elder Scrolls 6 or Fallout 5 - when and if they ever arrive - will be Xbox exclusives. What I think will happen is that they will be available for Xbox game pass on day one but full price on PS5, which makes the Xbox option more appealing because you can get 100s of games for the cost of just buying one on PS5. I think that's how they will "beat" PlayStation, but that's just my opinion.

Fallout 3 and New Vegas are available via PlayStation Now. According to this link: https://www.pushsquare.com/guides/can-you-download... the PSNow games are on PS5, and from that site there's a link to the list of PSNow games, which includes Fallout 3 and New Vegas.
