HELP!! Something happend with my pc and I have no clue what to do.. I explain in the post.?

Question

So I was clearing my pc storage, and I originally had 11.24GB. I cleared about 2GB by clearing apps. While clearing, I reset my pc on accident. When it reloaded, it showed that all my apps were still gone, but I was back to 11.24. I am really upset, and I don’t know what to do. Is there any way I can get those GB back to what I had them at, or will my progress be gone? :(

You will not tell what "pc" model and OS, and what storage amount it has or had, or if you have to tried to compress files or store them somewhere:

USB flash drive

USB external disk

The "Cloud" or an Internet storage website

Optical disks

Try a "restore".    

       

Don't try to do ANYTHING else until the process is complete.   

If it doesn't work, get in-person help from a professional right away. 

Don't download anything, and don't even read emails, 

until the matter is concluded.
