Lose a finger if you’re not careful when using a circular saw.

Tetenus from a rusty nail. Smash finger nail with a hammer. Drop furniture on toe and break toe. Ruin lungs with cleaning and farnishing fumes if you also refinish the furniture. An unhappy customer could shoot you.

Working with hand or power tools involves some risk of injury. Some USA State laws restrict by age according to needed tools for a job. Requirements to lift or move heavy furniture or working with tall unstable pieces can have them fall over. We can say it isn't highly dangerous, but does involve care and safety precautions. It's more dangerous than some work and less than other work.
