How can Trump's executive orders be reversed?

Most of them, by EOs from the next President countering them.
Same way they usually are, by having another administration come in and reverse them. This has always been standard, DACA of course being the outstanding weirdo amongst this pantheon of deceased EOs.

It is easy, an Executive Order is like just saying something is so. but in writing.
Biden or Harris as President will easily use "Executive Orders" to bypass the Constitution just as Obama did.
You may note that when Trump tried to undo Obama's executive orders the Democrats took him to court, Obama's EO were published LAW as far as they contended. It is RACIST to criticize Obama.
Lecture: An executive order is to give guidance or meaning to LAW as passed by Congress, not to make Law.
