Is it safe to take clonazepam and propranolol together at the exact same time/minutes apart?
Prescribed 1mg clonazepam, 10mg propranolol. Both are Rx'd as needed tabs.

You should ask the pharmacist or the prescribing doctor, not unqualified strangers on the internet.

If they're prescribed by the same doctor he would have considered the interactions between the 2 meds and decided they were safe for you to take together. The problem is that your blood pressure and pulse can drop enough to make you faint but it won't kill you. Don't drive or operate machinery in case you feel dizzy or pass out and consider taking half a dose of the clonazepam. All pharmacists will give out free, confidential advice about medications even if they haven't dispensed your meds.
Source(s): I'm on propranolol and intermittently take benzos but even propranolol alone makes me faint sometimes.
