Do you have to go to the doctor and get cleaned after an abortion pill?

What do you mean by "abortion pill"? There's no legal abortion pill in the US. The Morning After pill is a huge dose of hormones designed to stop you from ovulating if you haven't already. If you have, it's ineffective. But all it does is stop you from ovulating- there's nothing to clean out.

Uh... not really. You do need to go back to make sure the abortion was complete, and in the rare case it isn't then a secondary surgical procedure may be necessary. It's very uncommon for medicated abortions to fail, though.

If you use the abortion pill and do not get a "period" - then you need to contact your doctor for advice.
