Make it up?  No.  Set it up?  Perhaps.  When the first COVID lock downs failed, they needed a trigger to create race riots and drive people into their homes so they could promote mail in voting and cheat the election.

Even I believed the cop killed him for a time. Then the toxicology reports came back, y'know the science liberals are always telling us that THEY accept and we don't, saying that he killed himself with Fentanyl among other drugs and was already dying in the backseat of the police car.
