What product do you use after getting out of a hot shower so your skin doesn't get dry?

I use a basic body lotion the same scent as the body wash I used. If it's the middle of winter and I have winter parched skin I use a cocoa butter cream. I really like the Body Shop's cocoa butter cream. It has a nice chocolate scent and makes my skin soft and smooth.
