can you get chest reduction done via the NHS?

i'm a male in my 40s who has always had a broad fatty chest, i am big framed at 6ft 1 and i wish my chest was thinner and lean.....my question; could i get chest reduction surgery done on the NHS or would i have to save up and get it done privately? im only on benefits.

    No chance whatsoever especially with hospitals crammed with Covid and the expense.
