Key word is you 'had' it. In the end it's their choice, but do be honest with your partners. Some might be put off, but there may be a few that wouldn't care, they would want to be with you, not your warts.

 I think all things considered if they have a choice of someone without an STD and someone with an STD they will choose to go without.
