Can mercury come out from fluorescent tube light if you open the pin cap?

Question

I was replacing a a tube light.As I insert the new tube light one end started to loosen and it came out to my hand.I was holding it over my head.Did the mercury fall on my face.Is it concerning?

Please explain.I have panic attack syndrome.So please I need explanation.

I can see the inside of the tube light.
