Is 35 too old to rebuild your life?

Question

I've been told due to my mental health issues I can't work

I haven't got a partner atm as I miss my ex and my self esteem is low

I'm in a bit of debt that I can pay off but will take about a year

I have nice family and friends but I feel alone

I'm 35 soon and I feel although I've tried hard and been a good person I've got nothing to show for it

Is it too late to turn things around?

is it too late? no not at all, people rebuild their lives in their 50s and 60s, you have plenty of time.
