Is Biden too old for the second term?

There's a minimum age one must be in order to be president in the U.S., but there's no mandatory retirement age. That's the same for every political office & the judiciary. If you think there should be a mandatory retirement age, you'll need to have that passed as a constitutional amendment. Such an amendment was made in Canada in 1965. Now, our Senators & judges must retire at 75. To try to get such an amendment passed now might have to face the argument of ageist discrimination.
Since there's no limit, I suggest you S.T.F.U. He seems far more lucid than that "younger" Orange Fraud. At least he remembers how to tell the truth, a thing O.F. seems never to have been able to do.

During the campaign, Biden floated the idea that he might only serve one term if elected, but I don't think he ever followed through.

One of Biden's cabinet members has made a statement that anyone over 75 should be allowed to die and not spend money on them keeping them alive. Biden is 77. Trump would fire the guy for making such a dumb statement. Biden will probably take his advice, but exclude himself. That is how the elite class does it.

This is all to legitimize Harris. Just wait for the press to cover her like you've never seen a VP covered before. Let the fawning commence!
