Can I download music from my apple I pad to a mp3 player?

If it is DRM free you can download it to a computer then to an MP3 Player. Or from your iTunes account to the computer then go to the itune windows file then pick itunes music. I am not positive since I mainly use itunes to download podcasts for my mp3 player
