How long does it take for sensitivity to diappear after tooth extraction?

Nearly 25 days have passed my tooth has been extracted. The portion of gum seems to have healed there does not seem to be a dry socket but i am getting sensitivity over this region i.e. the portion of my gum from where the tooth was extracted 25 days back. It does not pain but only when i floss with cold water or blow pressurized air there i get sensitivity otherwise while eating food i dont get so much sensitivity. Is this normal for sensitivity to still remain after tooth extraction and that too after 25 days?

Yes it is, your nerve pathways running through the gum have been bruised and can take a long time to settle down in some people. Do not floss with cold water and why on earth are you blowing pressurized air in your mouth.???????????
