A bug bit me while sleep, maybe. This circular rash formed around it 1-3 days after it bit me. Not lyme is it?

Not sure what bug. It cold out so I doubt is was a tick.

Update:

The red markings in the center are from me itching/picking at it where I have a self harm scar from a while back.

Are you sure it wasn't a spider bite? That looks really bad. Call your doctor or go to an urgent care NOW.

A tick will go in head first and stay there, so you find the back of its body sticking out. That was not a tick. I do not know what part of the world you are in, so cannot say what it was, especially since you have been picking at it. Leave it alone to heal.
